  8. Green chilly - 6
  9. Dry chilli - 3
  10. tamarind - gooseberry size
  11. Rice rinsed thick water - 1 cup
  12. Corn flour -1 spoon
  13. Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
  14. Ural dhall - 1/2 tsp
  15. cumin -1/2 tsp
  16. fennel - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. COLLECT ALL INGREDIENTS
  2. HEAT OIL IN A PAN
  3. ADD LADIES FINGER SAUTE
  4. STIR FRY FOR 15 MIN TILL IT TURNS SHRINKY GLOSSY
  5. HEAT 5 SPOON OF OIL IN A PAN, ADD MUSTARD SEEDS,URALDHAL,CUMIN,FENNELSEEDS
  6. ADD CURRY LEAVES, 1 CHOPPED ONION, 2TOAMATO, 6 GREEN CHILLIES SAUTE TILL IT TURNS GLOSSY
  7. ADD SALT ACCORDINGLY
  8. ADD 4 CHOPPED BRINJAL
  9. ADD 2 CHOPPED POTATOES SAUTE
  10. ADD 3 DRY CHILLI, STIR WELL 15 MIN
  11. SOAK GOOSBERRY SIZE OF TAMARIND IN RICE RINSED WATER
  12. ADD TAMARIND EXTRACT WITH HELP OF USING FILTER
  13. MIX WELL TOGETHER
  14. STIR WELL AND COOK FOR 20 MIN
  15. AFTER 20 MIN THE POATATOES ARE COOKED , SO FINALLY ADD LADIES FINGER
  16. STIR WELL FOR 15 MIN
  17. FINALLY YOU WANT THICK ADD 2 TSP OF CORN FLOUR MIX WELL WITHOUT ANY LUMPS
  18. ALOO OKRA MANDI IS READY NOW.SPICY AND EASIEST ONE
  19. Now the spicy aloo okra mandi is ready
