Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Salted jackfruit flakes chopped 4 cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Cooking oil 2 tsp
  4. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  5. Urad dal 1 tsp
  6. Red chilli 1
  7. Curry leaves few
  8. Jaggery lemon sized
  9. Pepper powder 1 tsp
  10. Coconut grated 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. WASH AND SOAK 1 HOUR, SALTED JACKFRUIT FLAKES, CUT INTO SMALL PIECES
  2. HEAT OIL IN THE PAN AND ADD MUSTARD SEEDS, URAD DAL AND RED CHILLI, LET IT SPLUTTER
  3. ADD CURRY LEAVES AND TURMERIC POWDER
  4. NOW SQUEEZE AND ADD CHOPPED SALTED JACKFRUIT FLAKES
  5. ADD JAGGERY AND SALT, MIX WELL
  6. ADD BLACK PEPPER POWDER AND CLOSE THE LID
  7. STIR IN BETWEEN TO COOK EVENLY
  8. AFTER COOK WELL ADD COCONUT, MIX WELL AND SERVE
