Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 100 grams mix dal chana daal and black gram broken
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 1 tomato chopped
  4. 1tblspn ginger garlic paste
  5. 2 tblspn pure ghee
  6. 1tspn red chilli powder
  7. 1 tspn corriander powder
  8. 1tspn cummin seeds
  9. 1/4tspn garam masala
  10. 1 tspn haldi
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Corriander chopped

Instructions

  1. SOAK 100 GRAMS DAL MIX OF 60GRAMS CHANA DAL,40 GRAMS OF BLACK GRAM BROKEN,WASH AND CLEAN KEEP READY
  2. NOW GET READY CHOPPED ONION,TOMATO,1TBLSPN GINGER GARLIC PASTE,ALL SEASONING
  3. HEAT GHEE IN A COOKER ADD CUMMIN SEEDS SPLUTTER,ADD ONION TO THIS
  4. SAUTE ONIONS LIGHT BROWN
  5. ADD SALT,RED CHILLI POWDER,GINGER GARLIC PASTE,CORRIANDER POWDER,GARAM MASALA &HALDI
  6. IN THE SAUTE ONIONS ADD ALL SPICES WITH THE TOMATO AND GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  7. NOW ADD THE SOAKED DAAL TO THE MASALA DONE
  8. ADD 2 GLASSES WATER COVERING DAL WELL
  9. AFTER A BOIL ,PRESSURE COOK 20 MINUTES
  10. NOW ADDED A SPOON OF COOKED DAL READY NOW
  11. REMOVE IN TIFFIN TO BE SENT OFF
  12. ADD CORRIANDER ON TOP TO GARNISH DAAL,I HAVE ADDED A VEGETABLE FOR TIFFIN IN THIS PIC
