Salads are good in taste. We can have it for tiffin, lunch or snacks also. Here sprouted green gram is just fired and cooked to prepare flavourful salad.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Sprouted green gram 3 cup
  2. Fresh green peas 1 cup
  3. salt to taste
  4. water 10 ml
  5. onion peeled and chopped 1 cup
  6. cashews few
  7. turmeric powder 1/8 tsp
  8. raisins few
  9. lemon juice 2 tsp
  10. jeera 2 tsp
  11. ghee 2 tsp
  12. Curry leaves few
  13. Black pepper powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. HEAT GHEE AND ADD CUMIN SEEDS, LET IT FRY
  2. ADD CURRY LEAVES AND CASHEWS, FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  3. GREEN CHILLI
  4. ADD CHOPPED ONION, FRY TILL TENDER
  5. BLACK PEPPER POWDER
  6. SALT
  7. TURMERIC POWDER, RAISINS
  8. SPROUTED GREEN GRAM
  9. ADD FRESH GREEN BEANS, MIX WELL
  10. SPRINKLE WATER, CLOSE THE LID AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES IN MEDIUM FLAME
  11. OPEN THE LID, CHECK THE COOKNESS, ADD LEMON JUICE
  12. ADD GRATED COCONUT AND MIX WELL
  13. TRANSFER INTO SERVING BOWL
