Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover idli 2
  2. Grated coconut 1 cup
  3. Water 4 cup
  4. Grated carrots 1 cup
  5. Salt a pinch
  6. Jaggery syrup 1/2 cup
  7. Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. ADD GRATED COCONUT AND WATER IN MIXER GRINDER, GRIND SMOOTHLY
  2. STRAIN IT
  3. ADD SUFFICIENT WATER
  4. A PINCH OF SALT AND JAGGERY SYRUP
  5. ADD CARDAMOM POWDER AND LET IT BE BOIL
  6. MAKE SMALL PIECES OF LEFTOVER IDLIES
  7. ADD THESE IN TO BOILING COCONUT MILK
  8. ADD GRATED CARROTS AND STIR WELL FOR A MINUTE, TURN OFF THE FLAME AND SERVE IN HOT
  9. GARNISH WITH GRATED CARROTS AND SERVE
