Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Coliflower 1 cup (Chopped)
  2. potato 2 (peeled and Chopped)
  3. oil 2 tbsp
  4. salt to taste
  5. Asefotidia 1 pinch
  6. cumin 1 tsp
  7. fenugreek 1/2tsp
  8. turmeric 1 tbs (grated)
  9. ginger 1 tbsp(Chopped)
  10. Coriender powder 1 tbsp
  11. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  12. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  13. Chopped coriender 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. ADD ASEFOTIDIA,CUMIN AND FENUGREEK IN PRE-HEATED OIL
  2. NOW ADD GRATED TURMERIC, GINGER
  3. ADD CHOPPED COLIFLOWER AND POTATOES.
  4. ADD FRESH PEAS.
  5. ADD SALT AND COOK WELL.
  6. STIR TIME TO TIME.
  7. STIR WELL.
  8. WHEN IT'S DONE ADD GARAM MASALA, CORIENDER POWDER .
  9. ADD CHOPPED CORIENDER.
  10. MIX WELL.
  11. ADD RED CHILLI POWDER AND CHOPPED CORIENDER.
