Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Gram Flour 1/2 cup
  2. Boiled potato 1 (medium size)
  3. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  4. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  5. Asefotidia 1 pinch
  6. Carom seeds 1/4tso
  7. Coriender powder 1/2tsp
  8. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Water as required
  11. Chopped onion 1 tbsp
  12. Chopped capcicum 1 tbsp
  13. Grated carrot 1 tbsp
  14. Chopped tomato 1 tbsp
  15. Chopped green chilli 1 tsp (optional)
  16. Chopped coriender 1 tbsp
  17. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. TAKE GRAM FLOUR ADD ASEFOTIDIA, TURMERIC POWDER ,A PINCH OF RED CHILLI POWDER AND CORIENDER POWDER.
  2. ADD ALL CHOPPED VEGIES AND WATER
  3. MAKE A LUMP FREE BATTER, AGAIN ADD SOME MORE TURMERIC POWDER,RED CHILLI POWDER , GARAM MASALA POWDER AND CAROM SEEDS.
  4. ADD MESHED POTATOES.
  5. POUR SPOONFUL BATTER INTO THE PRE-HEATED OIL.
  6. FLIP AND FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN COLOUR.
  7. NOW TAKE OUT ON A BLOTTING PAPER.
