ABOUT Brown Rice Porridge RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Brown rice 1/4 kg
  2. Water 1 1/2 ltr
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Pickle

Instructions

  1. WASH CLEANLY THE BROWN RICE 3-4 TIMES
  2. ADD WATER, CLOSE THE LID WITH WISTLE
  3. LET IT BRING 2 WISTLES IN HIGH FLAME, SWITCH OFF, AFTER 15 MINUTES IN LOW FLAME BRING 1 WHISTLE
  4. AFTER 10 MINUTES OPEN THE LID, CHECK THE COOKNESS
  5. SERVE THE PORRIDGE EITHER IN HOT OR WARM
  6. SERVE WITH SALT AND PICKLE
