ABOUT Banana Poori RECIPE

Whole wheat flour us well kneaded with ripen bananas. It gives good aroma and gives taste like buns.

  1. Whole wheat flour 2 cup
  2. Ripen bananas 4-5 big sized
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Cooking oil 3 tsp for knead
  5. Jeera I tsp
  6. Cooking oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
  2. RIPEN BANANAS AND SALT
  3. MIX WELL AND MASH BANANAS
  4. ADD STILL 2 MORE BANANAS, MIX AND MASH SMOOTHLY
  5. KNEAD THE SMOOTH DOUGH
  6. KNEAD WELL CLOSE THE LID AND REST IT OVERNIGHT
  7. TAKE THE DOUGH MORNING ADD CUMIN SEEDS AND MIX WELL
  8. ADD COOKING OIL AND KNEAD WELL
  9. NOW DO BIG LEMON SIZED BALLS OUT OF IT
  10. HEAT OIL AND APPLY OIL TO POLYTHENE SHEET
  11. PLACE 1 BALL AND CLOSE WITH ANOTHER SHEET, PRESS IT
  12. PRESS WITH WEIGHT
  13. OPEN THE COVER AND TRANSFER TO THE HOT OIL
  14. FRY IN MEDIUM FLAME, IT STARTS BULGING
  15. FLIP AND FRY
  16. REMOVE AND LET IT DRAIN FOR EXCESS OIL
