Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Onion - 3
  2. Tomatoes - 2
  3. Mint leaves - bunch
  4. Salt - depends
  5. Oil - 6 spoons
  6. Mustard seeds - 1/2spoon
  7. Ural dhaal - 1/2 spoons
  8. Asafoetida- pinch

Instructions

  1. HEAT A OIL IN A PAN, ADD 3 ONION, 2TOMATOES, SALT, 4 GREEN CHILLIES SAUTE, ADD WASHED MINT LEAVES
  2. SAUTE TILL IT TURNS SHRINKY AND BLEND IN THE MIXER UNTIL SMOOTH
  3. IN THE OTHER SIDE HEAT A OIL IN A PAN, ADD MUSTARD SEEDS, URALDHALL
  4. ADD ASAFOETIDA
  5. ADD ROASTED INGREDIENTS TO THE MINT CHUTNEY
  6. Now the mint chutney is ready to eat with idly, chapati, dosa, kachori
