ABOUT Healthy Whole Wheat Cheela RECIPE

This is delicious, easy and healthy recipe for breakfast. Whole wheat flour or atta is easily available in every kitchen. It is an instant and easy recipe. This is famous among kids too, they love to have it. You can serve it with Dhaniya Chutney or tomato sauce. This is pure vegetarian recipe and healthy too.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Wheat Flour
  2. 2 tbsp Chopped Onion
  3. 2 tbsp Chopped Capsicum
  4. 2 Green Chillies
  5. 2 tbsp Grated Carrot
  6. 2 tbsp fresh coriander
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 2 tablespoon sour Curd
  9. 2-3 tablespoon ghee for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP WHEAT FLOUR, ADD 2 TBSP CURD
  2. ADD WATER LITTLE BY LITTLE AND MIX INTO A SMOOTH BATTER
  3. ADD 2 TBSP ONION
  4. ADD 2 TBSP EACH OF CAPSICUM & GRATED CARROT, 2 GREEN CHILLIES
  5. ADD 2 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES, SALT & MIX WELL
  6. LEAVE TO REST FOR 5 MINS
  7. POUR & SPREAD THE BATTER ON HOT, NON-STICK TAWA
  8. APPLY 1 TBSP GHEE & FLIP IT
  9. WHEN TURNS GOLDEN FROM BOTH SIDES, REMOVE IN A SERVING PLATE
