Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Soaked dosa rice 1 cup
  2. Water
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Leftover carrot, tomato salad 1 cup
  5. Ghee 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. 4 HOURS SOAKED RICE ADD IN MIXIE, THEN ADD WATER AND SALT, GRIND SMOOTHLY
  2. POUR THE BATTER INTO A VESSEL
  3. FOR THE BATTER ADD LEFTOVER CARROT, TOMATO SALAD
  4. HEAT TAVA, APPLY GHEE
  5. MIX AND POUR SMALL, SMALL PORTIONS, CLOSE AND COOK
  6. OPEN THE LID, DRIZZLE SOME GHEE
  7. FLIP OVER
  8. REMOVE AFTER I MINUTE AND SERVE
