Sprouted green gram 1 cup
Chopped tomatoes 1 cup
Chopped onion 1 cup
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder a pinch
salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Cooking oil 1 tsp
garlic cloves 7-8
Curry leaves few
Red chilli 1
Instructions
HEAT OIL ADD MUSTARD SEEDS, URAD DAL, RED CHILLI AND LET IT SPLUTTER
ADD ASAFOETIDA, CURRY LEAVES AND GARLIC, LET IT FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
ADD ONION, FRY TILL TENDER
ADD FENUGREEK LEAVES
ADD TURMERIC POWDER, BLACK PEPPER POWDER, MIX WELL
ADD GARAM MASALA AND SALT TO TASTE
ADD TOMATOES, FRY TILL TENDER
SPROUTED GREEN GRAM
MIX WELL AND COOK BY CLOSING THE LID
AFTER 3-4 MINUTES OPEN THE LID AND CHECK THE COOKNESS, TURN OFF THE FLAME AND SERVE
