Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fenugreek leaves chopped 2 cup
  2. Sprouted green gram 1 cup
  3. Chopped tomatoes 1 cup
  4. Chopped onion 1 cup
  5. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder a pinch
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  9. Urad dal 1 tsp
  10. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  11. Cooking oil 1 tsp
  12. Garlic cloves 7-8
  13. Curry leaves few
  14. Red chilli 1

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL ADD MUSTARD SEEDS, URAD DAL, RED CHILLI AND LET IT SPLUTTER
  2. ADD ASAFOETIDA, CURRY LEAVES AND GARLIC, LET IT FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  3. ADD ONION, FRY TILL TENDER
  4. ADD FENUGREEK LEAVES
  5. ADD TURMERIC POWDER, BLACK PEPPER POWDER, MIX WELL
  6. ADD GARAM MASALA AND SALT TO TASTE
  7. ADD TOMATOES, FRY TILL TENDER
  8. SPROUTED GREEN GRAM
  9. MIX WELL AND COOK BY CLOSING THE LID
  10. AFTER 3-4 MINUTES OPEN THE LID AND CHECK THE COOKNESS, TURN OFF THE FLAME AND SERVE
