Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. oil 3 tbs
  2. onion 1/4 cup
  3. Turnip 1 cup(Chopped)
  4. cumin 1tsp
  5. turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  6. Red chilli powder 1/2tsp
  7. Coriender powder 1 tsp
  8. salt to taste
  9. Garam masala powder 1/2tsp
  10. amchur powder 1 tsp
  11. Fresh Chopped coriender 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. FRY 1/4 CUP CHOPPED ONION IN 3 TBSP PRE-HEATED OIL.
  2. ADD 1 TSP CUMIN, 1/2TSP TURMERIC POWDER AND 1/2TSP RED CHILLI POWDER.
  3. MIX WELL AND ADD 1CUP PEELED AND CHOPPED TURNIP.
  4. ADD SALT AND MIX WELL.
  5. STIR EVENTUALLY.
  6. WHEN COOKED ADD 1/2TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER,1TSP AMCHUR POWDER GARNISH WITH FRESH CHOPPED CORIENDER.
