Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. All purpose flour 1 cup
  2. Nigella seeds. 1 tbs
  3. Hot oil 1 tbs
  4. Salt. 1/4 tsp
  5. sugar syrup
  6. Sugar. 1 cup
  7. Water. 1/2 cup
  8. cinnamon stick. 1
  9. Lamon juice. 1/2 tbs

Instructions

  1. ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 1 CUP,HOT VEG OIL 1 TBS, WATER 60 ML, NIGELLA SEEDS 1 TBS, SALT 1/4 TSP, SUGAR 1 CUP, CINAMON STICK 1, LAMON JUICE 1/2 TBS
  2. MIX APF, OIL, SALT, NIGELLA SEEDS, WATER TOGETHER.
  3. MAKE SOFT & SMOOTH DOUGH KNEADING VERY WELL.
  4. FLATTEN WITH ROLLING PIN, MAKE THIN ROTI.
  5. CUT CIRCLES WITH CUTTER.
  6. SOME CUT IN RECTANGULAR SHAPE WITH ZIGZAG CUTTER.
  7. PRESS JUST IN THE MIDDLE AND MAKE RIBBONS.
  8. MAKE SUGAR SYRUP MIXING SUGAR, WATER, LAMON JUICE, CINNAMON STICK.
  9. DEEP FRY IN SUFFICIENT OIL.
  10. REMOVE FROM OIL WHEN IT GETS PERFECT GOLDEN COLOUR.
  11. SOAK IN WORM SUGAR SYRUP.
