ABOUT Coriender chutney RECIPE

This spicy tangy chutney goes well with any dish. Even with stuffed parathas, fritters, tortillas etc. This is made of gooseberries and gooseberries are rich of vitamin c.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Coriender 50 gm.
  2. Green Chillies 5-8
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Ginger 1"piece
  5. Garlic 2 cloves
  6. Gooseberries 2 (sliced)
  7. Cumin 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. 50 GM. FRESH CORIENDER, 2 GOOSEBERRY ,SALT,CUMIN AND 5-8GREEN CHILLIES
  2. ADD 1"PIECE OF GINGER AND 2 GARLIC CLOVES IN A MIXER JAAR.
  3. GRIND ALL.
