  1. Sprouted moth 2bowl
  2. One onion finely chopped
  3. One tomato chopped
  4. Half carrot greated
  5. One green chilli chopped
  6. Finely chopped coriender
  7. Garam masala 1 tsp
  8. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil 2 tbsp
  11. Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  12. Dry red chilli 2 piece
  13. Bay leaf one
  14. Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  15. Coriander powder 2 tbsp
  16. Turmeric 1 tsp
  17. Hing 1/2tsp
  18. Small piece of ginger chopped

Instructions

  1. HEAT A PRESSURE COOKER,ADD 2 TBSP OF OIL
  2. ADD CUMIN SEEDS,BAY LEAF AND DRY RED CHILLI
  3. ADD HING,TURMERIC,CORIENDER AND RED CHILLI POWDER.MIX IT.
  4. ADD LITTLE WATER
  5. ADD FINELY CHOPPED GINGER AND GREEN CHILLI
  6. ADD CHOPPED ONIONS FOR ONE MINUTE
  7. ADD CHOPPED TOMATO
  8. ADD GREATED CARROT
  9. STIR IT FOR ONE MINUTE
  10. NOW ADD SPROUTED MOTH
  11. ADD SALT AND GARAM MASALA
  12. ADD ONE CUP OF WATER
  13. ADD LEMON JUICE AND MIX IT.
  14. NOW COVER THE LID AND PRESSURE COOK IT FOR 3 MINUTES ON HIGH FLAME.
  15. OFF THE FLAME AND OPEN THE LID.
  16. MOTH COOKED PERFECTLY.
  17. ADD CHOPPED CORIENDER AND SERVE HOT.
