Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Papad badiyan 1/2 cup
  2. Cubed potatoes 1/2cup
  3. Garlic 3
  4. Ginger 2"piece
  5. Oil 3 tbsp
  6. Onion 1 (Chopped)
  7. Cumin 1 tsp
  8. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  10. Coriender powder 1 ysp
  11. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  12. Tomato paste 1/4cup
  13. Chopped coriender 2 tbsp
  14. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. FRY 1/2 CUP PAPAD BADIYA ,TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  2. FRY 1/2 CUP CUBED POTATOES TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
  3. IN A PRE-HEATED PAN, ADD 3 TBSP OIL AND THEN ADD GRATED 3 GARLIC CLOVES.
  4. GRATE 2" GINGER PIECE AND ADD TO THE PAN AS WELL.
  5. ADD 1 CHOPPED ONION.
  6. SAUTE TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
  7. ADD 1TSP CUMIN,1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER, 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER.
  8. ADD TOMATO PASTE AND COOK TILL IT STARTS LEAVING OIL
  9. ADD SALT
  10. ADD FRIED POTATOES AND PAPAD BADIYA.
  11. ADD 1 CUP WATER.
  12. ADD 1 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER AND CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES.
