ABOUT Vegetable pancake RECIPE

This is a very healthy variety of pancake, loaded with veggies, and can be served for breakfast to kids.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1/2 bowl makka flour
  2. 1/2 bowl flour
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1 green chilli chopped
  5. Oil for roast
  6. 1/2 carrot grated
  7. 1/2 chopped beetroot

Instructions

  1. FRY PEAS IN TAWA.BY ADDING LITTLE OIL.
  2. THESE ARE REST OF THE VEGGIES.
  3. TAKE A MIXING BOWL ADD MAKKA FLOUR AND FLOUR CRUSHED PEAS
  4. ADD SALT , WATER ADD GREEN CHILLI . MAKE A FINE MIXTURE.
  5. THE MIXTURE IS READY.
  6. NOW HEAT A NONSTICK PAN WITH SOME OIL. POUR A LADLE OF THE MIXTURE LIKE A PANCAKE.
  7. NOW SPRINKLE THE GRATED VEGGIES ON TOP OF THE PANCAKE. ONCE IT IS COOKED ON THE BOTTOM, FLIP TO THE OTHER SIDE.
  8. A DELIGHTFUL SNACK IS READY TO BE SERVED.
