Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Whole wheat 2 cup
  2. water 2 -3 cup
  3. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. WASH AND SOAK THE WHOLE WHEAT FOR 5 HOURS IN WATER.
  2. ADD SALT AND WATER, GRIND SMOOTHLY
  3. TRANSFER THE BATTER INTO A CONTAINER
  4. HEAT TAVA, POUR LADLEFUL OF BATTER AND SPREAD IT, CLOSE THE LID AND COOK IN MEDIUM FLAME
  5. OPEN THE LID AFTER 2 MINUTES, FLIP OVER IT
  6. REMOVE AFTER I MINUTE AND SERVE
