ABOUT Stir fried vegetables RECIPE

Stir frying is an easy way to cook vegetables without loosing the nutrients. Vegetables flavoured by the spices and beautifully blended with sauces. You can serve it with rice also.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Broccoli florets 1/4cup
  2. Cauliflower florets 1/4cup
  3. Carrot 1/4cup(Julian cut)
  4. French beans 1/4cup( Chopped)
  5. Capcicum 1/4cup (diced)
  6. Tomato 1/8 cup (seedless diced)
  7. Spring onion 2 tbsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Blackpepper powder 1 tsp
  10. Oil 4 tbsp
  11. White vinegar 1 tbsp
  12. Soy sauce 1/2tbsp
  13. Onion seeds 1 tbsp
  14. Sesame seeds 1 tbsp(roasted)

Instructions

  1. HALF BOIL 1/4CUP BROCCOLI FLORETS1/4CUP CAULIFLOWER FLORETS 1/4CUP JULIAN CUT CARROTS,CHOPPED BEANS.
  2. STRAIN ALL THE VEGETABLES.
  3. WASH WITH COOL WATER.
  4. ADD CHOPPED GARLIC ,GINGER AND 1 DICED ONION IN PRE- HEATED 4 TBSP OIL. COOK TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
  5. ADD ALL THE VEGETABLES
  6. MIX WELL.
  7. ADD 1 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE, 1 TBSP BLACKPEPPER POWDER,SALT AND MIX WELL.
  8. ADD SEEDLESS DICED TOMATOES AND CHOPPED SPRING ONIONS.
  9. ADD 1 TBSP WHITE VINEGAR AND 1/2TSP SOY SAUCE.
  10. FINALLY ADD ONION SEEDS AND ROASTED SESAME SEEDS.
