Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 3 Nendran Raw bananas
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Coconut oil for deep fry
  4. Some water

Instructions

  1. Peel the skin from the bananas.
  2. Heat coconut oil over a medium flame.
  3. Add salt and water in a bowl.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Thinly slice the bananas directly into the oil.
  6. Fry for 2 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle some salt water and cook for 1 minute.
  8. Drain and transfer to a bowl.
  9. Traditional Nendran chips are ready. Store in an airtight container.
