Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Raw Nendran banana 3
  2. 2 Teaspoon of cumin powder
  3. 2 teaspoon of dry ginger powder
  4. 2 teaspoon of powdered sugar
  5. water 1/4 cup
  6. oil for deep fry
  7. 3/4 cup Organic jaggery


  1. Take a banana and remove its skin. Cut into half-inch slices.
  2. Heat oil and add the bananas.
  3. Cook for 10 minutes over a low-high flame.
  4. Cooke for 4 more minutes.
  5. Drain and transfer onto a pan.
  6. Add organic brown sugar and a little water in a pan.
  7. Heat the jaggery syrup.
  8. Cook for 1 more minute.
  9. Add the fried bananas and mix well.
  10. Add cumin powder and dry ginger powder. Mix well.
  11. Add powdered sugar.
  12. Toss the bananas in this until well-coated.
  13. Transfer to a bowl. Banana candy is ready.
