  1. Salmon fish 1 kg
  2. Ginger&garlic paste 3 tsp
  3. Chilli powder 5 tsp(as per taste add more)
  4. Tumeric powder 1 tsp
  5. Tumeric powder
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Oil to fry

Instructions

  1. CLEAN AND WASH SALMON FISH
  2. ADD CHILLI POWDER,TUMERIC POWDER,SALT,GINGER& GARLIC PASTE,SALT & HALF LEMON JUICE
  3. MIX WELL
  4. KEEP FREEZER FOR 1/2 HOUR
  5. AFTER IT COME TO ROOM TEMPRATURE FRY IT IN OIL
  6. YUMMY SALMON LEMON FRY READY
