Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Salmon fish 1 kg
  2. Ginger&garlic paste 3 tsp
  3. Chilli powder 5 tsp(as per taste add more)
  4. Tumeric powder 1 tsp
  5. Tumeric powder
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Oil to fry

Instructions

  1. CLEAN, WASH 1 KG SALMON FISH
  2. ADD 5 TSP RED CHILLI, 1 TSP TUMERIC, SALT, 3 TSP GINGER-GARLIC PASTE, 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
  3. MIX WELL
  4. FREEZE FOR 30 MINS
  5. BRING TO ROOM TEMPERATURE, DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
