HEAT OIL IN PAN ADD JEERA ADD PEAS CARROT AND CAULIFLOWER
STIR THEM AND COOK
TAKE A BOWL AND GRATE BOILED POTATO
ADD SPINACH IN IT
ADD GINGER AND CHILLI
ADD CORIANDER AND MINT
ADD SALT AND RED CHILLI POWDER
NOW ADD AMCHUR POWDER
AND CHAAT MASALA
CUT SIDES OF BREAD
PREPARE ALL SLICES
SPREAD GREEN CHUTNEY ON THE BREAD
NOW ADD COOKED VEGETABLES IN POTATO BOWL
AND MIX ALL OF THEM
TAKE A BREAD AND COVER WITH PREPARED MASALA
SPRINKLE OATS UPON IT
MAKE ALL BREADS LIKE THIS
HEAT NON STICK TAWA AND ADD BUTTER
SHALLOW FRY THE BREAD ON TAWA
ADD BUTTER AS REQUIRED
THEN FLIP IT
AND COOK FROM OTHER SIDE
OUR BREAD TIKKAS ARE READY
SERVE IN PLATE WITH STRAWBERRY CHUNEY
GARNISH WITH MINT
