Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 6 bread slices
  2. 1 boiled potato
  3. 1/2 cup peas
  4. 1/2 cup chopped cauliflower
  5. 1/2 cup chopped carrot
  6. 1/2 cup spinach
  7. 1 tsp chop ginger
  8. 1 green chilli
  9. 5 mint leaves
  10. Coriander leaves
  11. 1/2 cup rolled oats
  12. Green chutney
  13. Butter for shallow frying
  14. Salt as per taste
  15. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  16. 1 tsp amchur powder
  17. 1 tsp chaat masala
  18. Strawberry chutney/ green chutney for serving

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL IN PAN ADD JEERA ADD PEAS CARROT AND CAULIFLOWER
  2. STIR THEM AND COOK
  3. TAKE A BOWL AND GRATE BOILED POTATO
  4. ADD SPINACH IN IT
  5. ADD GINGER AND CHILLI
  6. ADD CORIANDER AND MINT
  7. ADD SALT AND RED CHILLI POWDER
  8. NOW ADD AMCHUR POWDER
  9. AND CHAAT MASALA
  10. CUT SIDES OF BREAD
  11. PREPARE ALL SLICES
  12. SPREAD GREEN CHUTNEY ON THE BREAD
  13. NOW ADD COOKED VEGETABLES IN POTATO BOWL
  14. AND MIX ALL OF THEM
  15. TAKE A BREAD AND COVER WITH PREPARED MASALA
  16. SPRINKLE OATS UPON IT
  17. MAKE ALL BREADS LIKE THIS
  18. HEAT NON STICK TAWA AND ADD BUTTER
  19. SHALLOW FRY THE BREAD ON TAWA
  20. ADD BUTTER AS REQUIRED
  21. THEN FLIP IT
  22. AND COOK FROM OTHER SIDE
  23. OUR BREAD TIKKAS ARE READY
  24. SERVE IN PLATE WITH STRAWBERRY CHUNEY
  25. GARNISH WITH MINT
  26. OUR TASTY DELICIOUS BRUNCH IS READYCAN SERVE WITH OTHER CHUNEY
