Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Masoor dal-1/2 cup
  2. Raw rice- 1/4 cup
  3. Cabbage,finely chopped-1/2 cup
  4. Ginger, chopped - 1 tbsp
  5. Green chili-1
  6. Jeera- 1 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil to fry

Instructions

  1. SOAK MASOOR DAL & RAW RICE FOR TWO HOURS
  2. ONCE THEY ARE PUFFED UP, DRAIN THE WATER .
  3. DRAIN COMPLETELY AND ADD TO A MIXER
  4. GRIND IT WITHOUT ADDING ANY WATER
  5. CHOP GREEN CHILLI,GINGER AND CABBAGE
  6. ADD IT TO THE GROUND PASTE ALONG WITH JEERA & SALT
  7. MIX WELL
  8. MAKE SMALL BALLS AND DROP INTO HOT OIL
  9. FRY THEM WELL IN LOW- MEDIUM FLAME
  10. IT'S ALL READY
