Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mathi 5 bunch
  2. Channa dal 1/2 cup or less
  3. Musturd seed
  4. Red chilli 3
  5. cumin powder 1/2 tsp. (optional)
  6. Green chilli 2
  7. oil required
  8. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. METHI FRY
  2. SOAK CHENNA DAL FOR 1/2 AN HOUR. COOK AND KEEP ASIDE
  3. CUT THE METHI LEAVES
  4. IN OIL FIRST ADD MUSTURD SEED, CHENNADAL,THEN ADD REDCHILLI FRY FOR SEC. AND ADD GREEN CHILLI.
  5. WASH METHI AND ADD IN PAN WITH WATER
  6. AFTER MATHI COOKED ADD SALT, CHANNA DAL AND CLOSED THE LID FOR FEW MIN. AND STIR TO WATER DISSAPEAR.
