  1. 1 cup jowar(sorghum) flour
  2. 1 big boiled potatoes
  3. 1/4 cup wheat flour
  4. 1/2 tsp chat masala
  5. 1 tbsp white sesame
  6. 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  7. 3/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
  8. 1/4 tsp turmeric
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 tsp olive oil
  11. Water to knead dough
  12. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS
  2. MIX FLOUR, SALT AND MASALAS
  3. ADD MASHED POTATO, MIX WELL
  4. ADD LITTLE WATER AND KNEAD DOUGH
  5. ADD 1TSP OLIVE OIL AND KNEAD SMOOTH DOUGH
  6. ROLL DOUGH
  7. CUT INTO SQUARES
  8. CUT INTO FINGER SHAPES
  9. TRANSFER GENTLY TO PLATE
  10. FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND CRISPY
  11. ALLOW EXCESS OIL TO BE ABSORBED
  12. SERVE HOT WITH SAUCE AND MAYONNAISE
