This is traditional recipe my mom used to make same way . Its favourite recipe of mine , the wadas are so soft that melts in mouth and the taste with curd and both the chutneys are awesome you can make dabiwadas in any type of party this is loved by each and every age of people you will love this friends try and pls give your feedback

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3Cups urad dal soaked 4-5 hrs
  2. Curd 500 gms whisked
  3. Green corriander chutney
  4. Sweet tamarind chutney
  5. Red chilly powder 1tsp
  6. Roasted cummin powder 1tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil for frying
  9. Sugar to taste
  10. Fresh corriander

Instructions

  1. SOAK 3 CUP URAD DAL FOR 4-5 HRS AND TRANSFER IT IN MIXER GRINDER JAR
  2. GRIND IT WITH VERY LESS WATER
  3. NOW BEAT IT WITH THE HELP OF BEATER OR HAND WHISK TILL IT TURNS LIGHT AND FLUFFY
  4. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  5. AGAIN BEAT FOR 2MINUTES
  6. TAKE A SCOOP WITH ICECREAM SCOOPER OR SPOON
  7. LEAVE IT CAREFULLY IN HOT OIL FOR FRYING
  8. AFTER 2MINUTES FLIP THEM
  9. AS THEY TURN GOLDEN AND CRISPI REMOVE THEM ON TISSUE PAPER
  10. SOAK ALL FRIED WADAS IN WATER
  11. PRESS THEM AND SOAK FOR AT LEAST 20 MINUTES
  12. REMOVE AND PRESS WADAS AND REMOVE WATER
  13. SAME WAY SQUEEZE ALL THE WADAS
  14. ADD SUGAR AND SALT TO TASTE TO CURD AND WHISK TILL THEY DISSOLVE
  15. ARRANGE WADA IN SERVING PLATE
  16. TOP WITH WHISK CURD
  17. ADD GREEN AND SWEET TAMARIND CHUTNEY
  18. SPRINKLE RED CHILLY POWDER
  19. SPRINKLE ROASTED CUMMIN POWDER
  20. GARNISH WITH CORRIANDER AND THEY ARE READY TO SERVE
