ABOUT Quick Masala Aloo RECIPE

It's an Indian version of stir fried vegetable. You can make it easily at home and can be served with some roti on the side.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled and diced potatoes 1 cup
  2. Splitted green chillies 5
  3. Rice bran oil 2 tbsp
  4. Cumin 1tsp
  5. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  7. Coriender powder 1 tsp
  8. Garam masala powder ½tsp
  9. Amchur powder 1tsp
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL, FRY 5 SLIT GREEN CHILLIES
  2. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF TURMERIC & CORIANDER POWDERS
  3. ADD 1TSP CUMIN, 1 CUP BOILED & DICED POTATOES
  4. ADD SALT, 1 TSP AMCHUR POWDER, MIX
  5. ADD 1 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER, COOK TILL DONE
