ABOUT Burned garlic curd RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Hung curd 1 cup
  2. Oil 1/2tsp
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Blacksalt to taste
  5. Blackpepper 1 pinch
  6. Garlic 1 tsp(Chopped)

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP HUNG CURD.
  2. ADD SALT, BLACKSALT ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE AND MIX WELL.
  3. FOR TEMPER..... HEAT 1/2, TSP OIL ADD 1 TSP CHOPPED GARLIC.
  4. COOK TILL GOLDEN BROWN AND ADD A PINCH OF BLACKPEPPER POWDER.
  5. POUR IN THAT CURD.
