ABOUT One pot singi sabji RECIPE

Drumsticks are very good for bones and this is a simple curry made out of them, to be served with rice or roti on the side.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Drumsticks 250 gm
  2. 2 onions
  3. 2 tomatoes
  4. Red Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  5. Salt
  6. Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Ginger paste - 1 tsp
  8. Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Coriander leaves [handful]
  10. Refined oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a pressure cooker pan with some oil. Add the chopped onion and saute until golden brown in color.
  2. Now make a paste of the tomatoes, add this paste, the chopped drumsticks and all the spices into the cooking masala.
  3. Add water, give it a mix. Close the lid and cook until 2-3 whistles are attained. Check for seasoning and serve hot.
