ABOUT Gud Wali Chai RECIPE

This chai is the healthy chai for chai lovers here sugar is replaced with gud/jaggery with all other healthy ingredients like ginger , cardmom , lemon grass , you can add tulsi also , this tea is best for cold and cough or the region were there is cold jaggery is very good for haemoglobin friends skip sugar and try this gud wali chai

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1Cup of water
  2. 1/4 Cup of milk
  3. 1Tsp of dried tea leaves / chai patti
  4. 1Tsp jaggery
  5. 1/4 Tsp cardmom powder
  6. 1/2 Tsp chai masala
  7. 1Tsp grated ginger
  8. Little chopped lemon grass

Instructions

  1. KEEP 1 CUP WATER TO BOIL
  2. ADD 1 TSP TEA LEAVES
  3. ADD 1 TSP GRATED GINGER, SOME CHOPPED LEMON GRASS
  4. ADD 1/2 TSP CARDAMOM POWDER, 1 TSP JAGGERY
  5. ADD 1/2 TSP CHAI MASALA
  6. STIR
  7. ADD 1/4 CUP MILK
  8. BRING TO A BOIL, TAKE OFF HEAT
  9. STRAIN THE TEA
  10. ENJOY HOT !
