ABOUT Garlic Tadka Raita RECIPE

Fried garlic raita is very tasty and healthy. It is very good accompany with rice items and plain rice.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 tsp chopped garlic
  2. 1 tsp cooking oil
  3. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  4. 1 red chilli
  5. 1/8 tsp of black pepper powder
  6. 2 tsp coriander leaves chopped
  7. curd 1 1/2 cup
  8. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. PEAL & CHOP 5-6 GARLIC CLOVES
  2. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL, SPLUTTER 1/2 TSP MUSTARD SEEDS
  3. ADD 1 DRY RED CHILLI
  4. ADD THE GARLIC, FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  5. TAKE 1.5 CUPS WHIPPED CURD, ADD SALT TO TASTE
  6. ADD THE FRIED GARLIC
  7. GARNISH WITH 1 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES
  8. SPRINKLE SOME PEPPER POWDER ON TOP, SERVE
