Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. potatoes - 4
  2. Apf - 1/4 cup
  3. cornflour - 1/4 cup
  4. spices :
  5. Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp
  6. garlic powder - 1 tsp
  7. Rosemary -1/4 tsp
  8. Oregano - 1 tsp
  9. salt
  10. garlic chopped - 1 tbsp
  11. oil
  12. Sauces :
  13. Tomatoe sauce - 3 to 4 tbsps
  14. Green chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
  15. Soya sauce - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1/4 CUP APF 1/4 CUP CORNFLOUR 1TSP RED CHILLI FLAKES 1 TSP OREGANO 1 TSP GARLIC POWDER SALT TO TASTE
  2. POTATOE WEDGES OF 4 POTATOES
  3. MIX THE APF SPICE MIXTURE WITH 1/4 TSP ROSEMARY COAT THE WEDGES
  4. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL
  5. BROWN IT WELL
  6. STRAIN ON A KITCHEN TISSUE
  7. ADD A TBSP OF OIL AND CHOPPED GARLIC RESPECTIVELY
  8. ADD 1/4 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER 3 TO 4 TBSPS TOMATOE SAUCE, 1TBSP GREEN CHILLI SAUCE, 1TBSP SOYA SAUCE
  9. STIR WELL
  10. ADD IN THE FRIED WEDGES
  11. MIX AND COAT WELL
  12. SERVE HOT
