Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2boil potato
  2. 1cup grated beetroot
  3. 4spoon bread crumbs
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. 1/2spoon dry mango powder
  6. 1/2spoon redchilly powder
  7. 1/2spoon roasted cumin powder
  8. Oil for frying
  9. 1spoon lemon juice
  10. Chopped coriander leaves
  11. Pinch of assofiteda
  12. 1/2spoon chopped green chilly

Instructions

  1. IN A PAN ADD 2SPOON OIL AND HEAT IT
  2. ADD PINCH OF ASSOFITIEDA AND 1SPOONFINE CHOPPED GINGER GARLIC
  3. ADD 1CUP GRATED BEETROOT AND MIX WELL
  4. ADD 1/2SPOON EACH DRY MANGO POWDER RED CHILLY POWDER ROASTED CUMIN POWDER AND SALT TO TASTE
  5. MIX WELL
  6. ADD 1/2SPOON CHOPPED GREENCHILLY AND 2BOIL AND MASHED POTATOES AND COOK FOR 2TO3 MINTUES
  7. ADD 1SPOON LEMON JUICE AND CHOPPED CORIANDER POWDER
  8. REMOVE THE MIXTURE INTO A BOWL AND LET IT COOL DOWN
  9. ADD 3TO4SPOON BREAD CRUMBS AND MIX WELL
  10. FROM THE MIXTURE MAKE SMALL BALLS
  11. ALL BALLS ARE READY
  12. HEAT A PAN ADD OIL AND SHALLOW FRY ALL BALLS
  13. SERVE WITH KETCHUP
