ABOUT Chicken majestic RECIPE

A delicious hyderabadi starter for all party occasions. Soft succulent fried chicken coated with a spicy coating.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For marination :
  2. Boneless chicken pieces - 200 gm
  3. Curd - 2 tbsp
  4. Salt
  5. Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  6. Ginger garlic paste - 1.5 tsp
  7. Egg - 1
  8. Cornflour - 3 tbsp
  9. For tempering :
  10. Chopped garlic - 1 tbsp
  11. Curry leaves - 12
  12. Slit green chillies - 3
  13. Curd - 2 tbsp
  14. Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
  15. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  16. Chilly powder - 1tsp
  17. Ajinamoto - 1/4 th tsp
  18. Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  19. Salt
  20. Refined oil

Instructions

  1. MARINATE THE BONELESS CHICKEN PIECES WITH CURD, SALT, PEPPER, GINGER GARLIC PASTE, EGG, CORNFLOUR.
  2. HEAT OIL TO A VERY HIGH SMOKING POINT AND FRY THE MARINATED CHICKEN.
  3. THE CHICKEN SHOULD BE FRIED TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
  4. THESE ARE THE INGREDIENTS FOR TEMPERING.
  5. HEAT SOME OIL IN ANOTHER PAN, ADD CHOPPED GARLIC, CURRY LEAVES AND SLIT GREEN CHILLIES.
  6. FRY TILL THEY SMELL.
  7. ADD THE JEERA POWDER, CHILLY POWDER, CORIANDER POWDER, AND SALT. STIR.
  8. NOW ADD SOME WHISKED CURD.
  9. NOW ADD SOME SOY SAUCE AND STIR.
  10. ADD AJINAMOTO AND KEEP STIRRING
  11. NOW ADD LITTLE WATER SO THAT THE MASALA DOESN'T BURN.
  12. NOW ADD THE FRIED CHICKEN AND GIVE IT A GOOD STIR.
