Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 250 gms okra
  2. 2 onions
  3. 10 garlic pods
  4. 1 tsp ajwain
  5. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  7. Garam masala 2 tsp
  8. Amchur powder 2 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Mustard oil 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. 250 GMS OKRAS WASHED AND DRY.
  2. CUT FROM TOP AND BOTTOM.
  3. MAKE A SLIT IN LADY'S FINGERS WITH KNIFE.
  4. ALL GET LIKE THIS.
  5. GRATE 2 ONIONS.
  6. ADD 1 TSP GARLIC PASTE, 1 TBSP CORRIANDER POWDER, 1TSP TURMERIC POWDER, 1 TSP AJWAIN.
  7. 1 TSP GARAM MASALA, 2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, SALT TO TASTE, A PINCH OF ASAFOETIDA
  8. 2 TSP AMCHUR POWDER, MIX ALL.
  9. MIX WELL, WITH YOUR FINGERS STUFF ALL OKRAS WITH MASALA MIXTURE.
  10. PRESS MASALA LIKE THIS.
  11. STUFFED ALL OKRAS LIKE THIS.
  12. HEAT 2 TBSP MUSTARD OIL IN KADHAI AND LEAVE THESE STUFFED OKRAS IN OIL.
  13. COOK IT COVERED TIL LADY'S'FINGERS GET COOKED.
  14. STIR OKRA TO WELL WITH OIL.
  15. GARNISH WITH FRESH CORIANDER,
  16. SERVE HOT.
