Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cooking oil 2 tsp
  2. Chopped cashews and almonds I tsp
  3. Chopped spring onion 1 cup
  4. garlic cloves 8-10
  5. pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Boiled rice 1 1/2 tsp
  7. Chopped coriander leaves 1 tsp
  8. Soy sauce 1 tsp
  9. tomato sauce 1/2 tsp
  10. salt to taste
  11. Sweet corn few
  12. Fresh green peas 1/4 cup
  13. ginger chopped 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. HEAT 2 TSP COOKING OIL, 1 TSP CHOPPED ADD CASHEWS AND ALMONDS
  2. GARLIC CLOVES 8-10
  3. SWEET CORN FEW
  4. 1/4 CUP FRESH GREEN PEAS
  5. CHOPPED GINGER 1 TSP
  6. SPRING ONION 1 CUP
  7. SALT TO TASTE, FRY ALL TILL TENDER
  8. SOY SAUCE 1 TSP
  9. 1/2 TSP TOMATO SAUCE, MIX WELL
  10. BOILED WHITE RICE 1 1/2 CUP
  11. BLACK PEPPER POWDER 1/2 TSP
  12. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES AND MIX WELL
  13. SERVE..
