Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 big cup or 100 grams sabudana soaked
  2. 4 small potatoes boiled
  3. 2 tblspn roasted peanuts
  4. oil to deep fry
  5. 1 tspn salt
  6. Curry leaves
  7. 2 green chillies chopped optional
  8. Corriander
  9. 2 tblspn green chutney
  10. 2 tbspn curds

Instructions

  1. 1 BIG CUP SOAKED SABUDANA,4 POTATOES BOILED AND PEELED,2TBLSPN ROASTED PEANUTS,1-2GREEN CHILLIES
  2. TO ADD CRUNCH ROAST THE PEANUTS IN A PAN
  3. CRUSH THESE ROASTED PEANUTS TO SMALL BITS
  4. ADD THESE BITS OF CRUSHED ROASTED PEANUTS TO THE SABUDANA ADD CURRY LEAVES AND CORRIANDER TOO
  5. ADD 1 TEASPOON SALT NOW
  6. MASH THE BOILED POTATOES ONE BY ONE INTO THE SABUDANA MIX
  7. MASH MIX THE POTATOES AND SABUDANA PEANUT MIX WELL,YOU CAN ADD 2 GREEN CHILLIES CHOPPED TOO HERE
  8. GREASE HAND A LITTLE AND START MAKING BALLS OF TNE MASH MIX
  9. SIMILARLY MAKE BALLS OF ALL MIX
  10. HEAT OIL TO DEEP FRY ON HIGH FLAME BUT LOWER FLAME AS YOU PUT SABUDANA VADA TO FRY
  11. FRY GOLDEN BROWN AND REMOVE IN A PLATE
  12. FRY ALL VADAS
  13. THE LOOK AFTER FRYING BE THIS
  14. TAKE OUT CURDS TO SERVE WITH GREEN CHUTNEY TO ENJOY THESE AS A MIX OF CURDS AND CHUTNEY GOES GREAT
  15. ARRANGE ASAP TO SERVE
