This noodles with lots of crunchy vegetables and egg tastes heavenly.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Cooked noodles 2 cups
  2. Capsicum 1
  3. Onion 1
  4. Cabbage 100 gms
  5. Beans 50 gms
  6. Sweet corn kernels 1/2 cup
  7. Soya chunks soaked 1/2 cup
  8. Green chilli 2
  9. Garlic 4 pods
  10. Soya sauce 1 tsp
  11. Green chilli sauce 1 tsp
  12. Red chilli sauce 1 tsp
  13. Salt accordingly
  14. Oil 50 ml

Instructions

  1. IN A KADAI ADD LITTLE OIL AND BREAK OPEN 2 EGGS
  2. ADD SOME PEPPER AND SALT
  3. SCRAMBLE THE EGGS INTO LARGE PIECES
  4. COLLECT THE SCRAMBLED EGGS IN A BOWL
  5. KEEP ASIDE THE EGGS
  6. IN THE SAME KADAI ADD FINELY CHOPPED 2 GREEN CHILLIES,4 GARLIC PODS,AND FINELY CHOPPED FRENCH BEANS
  7. ADD IN THE SOYA CHUNKS
  8. ADD PURPLE CABBAGE,ONION AND CAPSICUM
  9. STIR WELL
  10. ADD SALT ACCORDINGLY
  11. ADD SWEET CORN
  12. ADD GREEN CHILLI SAUCE
  13. ADD RED CHILLY SAUCE
  14. ADD SOYA SAUCE AND STIR WELL
  15. THEN ADD THE COOKED NOODLES
  16. MIX WELL
  17. FINALLY ADD THE SCRAMBLED EGGS
  18. MIX WELL TOGETHER
  19. EGG NOODLES IS READY TO SERVE
