  7. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. IN A MIXI JAR TAKE 2 CUP OF CHOPPED SPINACH 4_5GREEN CHILLI GRIND TO MAKE A PURI
  2. SEIVE IT
  3. SPINACH SEIVED PURI
  4. IN ONTHER BOWEL TAKE 2 CUPS OF GRAM FLOUR SALT TO TAST 1TEA SPOON AJWAIN POWDER AND 1/4CUP OF OIL
  5. ADD SPINACH PURI AND MAKE A MEDIUM DOUGH
  6. TAKE A SHEV MAKER GRASE IT WITH OIL POUR A SHEV DOUGH IN IT
  7. HEAT OIL AND MAKE SHEV IN OIL
  8. FRY ON MEDIUM FLAME
  9. REMOVE FROM KADAI
  10. MAKE ALL SHEV
