  1. Mutton 1/2 kg
  2. Onion 1
  3. Tomato 1 big
  4. Ginger 2 piece
  5. Garlic 1 pod
  6. Water 2-3cup
  7. Oil required
  8. Salt for taste

Instructions

  1. WASH MUTTON IN TUMERIC WATER
  2. GRIND GINGER 1 BIG PICES, GARLIC AND HALF ONION.
  3. ADD OIL IN PAN FRY THE PASTE,AFTER IT COLOUR CHANGE TO BROWN ADD HALF ONION AND FRY IT WELL.
  4. NEXT ADD TOMATO TO FRY.
  5. FINALLY ADD SALT, CHILLI POWDER AND MUTTON MIX FOR FEW MIN IN LOW FLAME
  6. ADD REQUIRED WATER AND LEAVE FOR 6-7 WHISTLES UPTO MUTTON COOK.
  7. GINGER MUTTON IS READY
