I love Mexican food. A great quick recipe for veg burger.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Burger buns
  2. Potato garlic bites 6pieces
  3. Finely chopped tomatoes
  4. Finely chopped onion
  5. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  6. Dr Oetker funfoods veg Mayonnaise Burger bottle
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Green corriender chopped
  9. Green Chilli chopped

Instructions

  1. 2 BOILED POTATOES MASHED, 1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER, 2 TBSP GRATED CHEESE, 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI,
  2. 2TBSP CORN FLOUR, 1 TBSP BUTTER, 1 TSP GINGER PASTE, SALT TO TASTE
  3. 1 TSP LEMON JUICE, 2 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES. MIX WELL.
  4. KNEAD A DOUGH.
  5. ROLL AND CUT,
  6. MAKE BALLS.
  7. DEEP FRY POTATO BITES.
  8. FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN AND CRISP
  9. NOW POTATO GARLIC BITES REMOVE FROM HEAT.
  10. FOR SALSA.. ADD 1 FINELY CHOPPED ONION, 2 TBSP GREEN CORRIANDER, 2 GREEN CHILLI, 1 TOMATO CHOPPED
  11. 1 TSP LEMON JUICE, SALT TO TASTE.
  12. SLICE THE BURGER BUN IN HALF
  13. TAKE A BOTTLE OF FUNFOODS VEG BURGER MAYONNAISE
  14. APPLY 1 TBSP FUNFOODS VEG MAYONNAISE ON ONE BURGER.
  15. APPLY A SPOON FULL OF FUNFOODS VEG MAYONNAISE ON BURGER
  16. SPREAD IT EVENLY.
  17. ARRANGE THE LETTUCE TO THE BASE OF THE BURGER BUN. TOP WITH HOMEMADE SALSA.
  18. ADD POTATO GARLIC BITES.
  19. PRESS DOWN WITH THE TOP BURGER BUN.
  20. TEX MEX BURGER READY. SERVE HOT..
  21. NJOYYYY!!
