  2. Turmeric powder 1/2 tspn
  3. dried curry leaves
  4. Red chilly powder
  5. Salt
  6. Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  1. WASH & PEEL THE POTATO THEN GRATE WITH A GRATER, THEN WASH AGAIN THESE POTATOES
  2. ADD SALT & TURMERIC
  3. HEAT OIL WELL IN A PAN,SQUEEZE THE WATER FROM GRATED POTATOES AND THROW IN OIL
  4. STIR TILL BROWN & KEEP OUT
  5. FRY IN BATCHES
  6. FRY IN BATCHES AND KEEP OUT ON A PAPER NAPKIN
  7. ADD RED CHILLY POWDER & DRIED CURRY LEAVES,THEN CRUSHED
