Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Urad dal 1 cup
  2. Dosa rice 2 1/2 cup
  3. salt to taste
  4. water for batter 7-8 cup

Instructions

  1. 5 HOURS SOAKED URAD DAL AND RICE
  2. ADD SALT AND SUFFICIENT WATER
  3. GRIND SMOOTHLY
  4. CHECK THE SMOOTHNESS
  5. POUR THE BATTER INTO A VESSEL, LET IT OVERNIGHT FERMENTATION
  6. MIX WELL
  7. HEAT IRON TAVA, POUR LADDLEFULL OF BATTER AND SPREAD QUICKLY
  8. CLOSE THE LID, COOK FOR 2 MINUTES IN MEDIUM FLAME
  9. OPEN THE LID, REMOVE
  10. SERVE CRISPY PAPER DOSA IN HOT
