Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Suji rava 1 cup
  2. Rice flour 1/2 cup
  3. salt to taste
  4. cumin seeds 1 tsp
  5. onion chopped 1/2 cup
  6. Chopped green beans 1/4 cup
  7. water
  8. Cooking oil 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. SUJI RAVA 1 CUP
  2. DRY FRY TILL GOOD AROMA
  3. ADD WATER SLOWLY AND MIX
  4. ADD 1/2 CUP RICE FLOUR AND MIX
  5. 1 TSP CUMIN SEEDS, MIX WELL AND KEEP ASIDE FOR 15 MINUTES
  6. CHOPPED ONION 1/2 CUP, CHOPPED GREEN BEANS 1/4 CUP
  7. APPLY OIL TO HEATED TAVA
  8. POUR LADDLE FULL OF BATTER AND CLOSE THE LID
  9. OPEN THE LID AFTER 2 MINUTES, REMOVE THE EDGES, FLIP OVER
  10. COOK FOR A MINUTE, REMOVE AND SERVE
