  1. WASH AND SLICE 1 BITTER GOURD
  2. DESEED THEM
  3. HEAT 1 TSP GHEE, ADD BITTER GOURD
  4. SALT TO TASTE
  5. PEPPER POWDER
  6. FRY TILL TENDER
  7. REMOVE AND SERVE
