Bitter gourd chopped into slices and dried on Sun's heat. We can store it in airtight jar for a year. In required time fry in hot oil and taste it with rice.

  1. Bitter gourd slices 1 cup
  2. Sour buttermilk 1 1/2 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Cooking oil

Instructions

  1. CUT CROWN AND TAIL OF BUTTER GOURD, CHOP THIN SLICES
  2. IMMENSE OVERNIGHT IN SOUR BUTTERMILK
  3. SALT TO TASTE
  4. OPEN THE LID AFTER 5 -6 HOURS, SPREAD THE SLICES ON PLATE
  5. ALLOW IT TO DRY ON SUN'S HEAT 3-4 DAYS
  6. CHECK THE CRISPINESS
  7. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL
  8. FLIP AND FRY
  9. REMOVE THE EXCESS OIL AND SERVE
